It's fashion, food and film: in the life of Rosa Catalano, better known as Saif Ali Khan 's ex-girlfriend.

Rozza is not sulking post the break up she says announcing that she is all set to launch herself as an actress in Bollywood besides doing a TV show.

Rosa states that her sole claim to fame, which so far has, being the, companion or being the ex-companion of Chhote Nawab, as Saif is popularly known as, would change in the future.

"A movie is on floor and I will be featuring in a tele-serial soon which is about fashion," claims optimistic Rosa though she declines to talk about any specific project or the language in which she is going to work.

"I am learning Hindi and it will be the seventh language which I will learn to read and write. And I am in no hurry, first I will master Hindi, then I'll go for Marathi and Punjabi," she adds.

Post Saif, she says, life is okay and "zindagi khoobsurat hai". But, beyond that she confines herself to the Italian flavour of Pizza.

Rosa who was in town recently for a pizza food festival parried all questions regarding Saif but invited questions on Pizzas and Pastas. "My mumma prepares the best Pizza in world but since she is away, I gorge on Indian Pizza," tells Rosa.

The Italian lady who has been getting modelling offers lately says, "I am happy with the kind of offers I am getting. I am sure the future is bright."

Talking about herself, she discloses that she is a cook and a foodie. "Not many people know that I belong to Italy and Pizza on every Saturday with the entire family was a ritual back home," she quips.

Adding further she says, "I am a foodie and never diet. Besides Italian, I like Thai cuisines and masala dosa is one of my favourites. But Kali dal with butter naan is my favourite India dish. I like spicy stuff and rely on Yoga for my fitness."

Like many other celebrities, one thing that Rosa loves about Delhi are the roads. "I like the way civic authorities maintain them". Though she loves Mumbai since, she has a "good friend" and her work, which is "dear to her", is based there she says, "I want to do some cycling but Mumbai is too crowded."
