The superstar has reportedly given a go-ahead to director E Niwas to make a film for Red Chillies Entertainment.
Shah Rukh Khan has come out in full support of E Niwas’s upcoming film My Name Is Anthony Gonsalves – from attending its music launch to openly expressing his optimism about the film’s prospects at the box-office. Not just the director, SRK has even backed the movie’s actor Nikhil Dwivedi.
It is learnt that SRK recently saw ‘My Name Is Anthony Gonsalves’ and was pretty impressed by Niwas’s work. So much that he asked E Niwas to direct a film for his home production.
Sadly, the film won’t star SRK himself.
Niwas has begun working on the script of a story idea that he has discussed with SRK. It will still take a few months before the script is finalized. Only after that will the casting for the film begin.
As of now, Niwas is eagerly waiting for the release of ‘My Name Is Anthony Gonsalves’ next week.
