HOME | SCOOP!! & NEWS | BOLLYWOOD 'Taare Zameen Par' writer pens his next script21st Jan 2008 16.30 IST By ApunKaChoice Amole Gupte , the creative director and writer of Taare Zameen Par , is now working on his second script. The film will be titled ‘India Item’. It will once again revolve around children. Amole says it is a touching story that will show the unfair discrimination between the rich and poor through the eyes of children. 
Amole, who has spend many years working with children with different abilities, has once again drawn from his personal experiences while writing this script. ‘India Item’, says Amole, won’t have any item songs, contrary to what the title suggests. It is a film with a social message, like ‘TZP’. Will he again work with Aamir Khan after a rather not-so-pleasant experience of getting relegated from the director to creative director of ‘Taare Zameen Par’. “I don’t have anything against Aamir. But I will choose the actors depending on the suitability of the characters in the script,” says the man with straggled beard.
