Kareena Kapoor feels unwell while shooting in Goa

The super slim Kareena Kapoor was unwell on the sets of Rohit Shetty's comedy Golmaal Returns .

Bebo, who has been in news for her ultra-thin figure, was reportedly feeling dizzy on Friday on the film's set in Goa where the climax scenes are being shot.

Reports quote director Rohit Shetty as saying that Kareena was "sick and giddy" when she came on the sets and had to be given "fresh juices" before she felt fit enough to shoot her scenes.

The actress, however, alleges that she had actually hurt her knee. But what we don't understand is what kind of fruit juice helps recover from a knee injury so fast. Sources say it was perhaps the Goan heat that got to Kareena.

Whatever the case, Kareena is super defensive about her figure and any allusion to her thin frame being a reason for her giddiness has the actress giving an elaborate explanation to a tabloid that she is "healthy", "fit" and "on top of the world".

With a feathery weight like hers, we don't doubt much her last assertion.
