And American celebrity trainer Lawrence Gonsalves Jr. is the man who’s guiding the actor in this endeavor. Lawrence (in the photo) is the man who has been commissioned to help Sanjay Dutt acquire eight-pack abs for the action flick Blue . Years of not working out and living an indulgent life had made Dutt beefy. Now, Lawrence is taking the beef out and giving brawns to the actor.
Lawrence, who is quite popular in the US for training celebrities, is also a nutritionist and martial arts expert. So he is overlooking the overall development of Sanju’s body – from right exercises to right food. Though all this comes with a heavy fee Lawrence is known to charge, but the trainer says money is secondary. He has already gotten fond of Sanju. “He treats me like a friend and takes care of all my needs,” says Lawrence. About his client, Lawrence says: “Sanju is very dedicated. He does cardios in the morning. Later, in the evening, we work out together for 2-3 hours. He will be able to acquire his dream body soon.” The shooting of ‘Blue’ is about to begin in the coming weeks. And Sanjay Dutt needs to be ready with his eight-pack abs before it.
