Year 2008 brought new love in the life of Amisha Patel who had been seeing the grizzled hair director Vikram Bhatt before she fell in a mutual love at first sight with Kaanav Puri about six months back. In Amisha’s words, Kaanav has everything she looks for in a man.
And true to Amisha’s words, Kaanav did something on her birthday recently that the actress says she won’t ever forget.
Since Kaanav is based in London, Amisha wasn’t expecting him on her birthday. But he did the unexpected by showing up at Amisha’s place with a beautiful gift concealed in a package. Amisha, already surprised by Kaanav’s arrival, unwrapped the gift and scooped out a wonderful dress.
But Kaanav still had more surprises up his sleeve. Without Amisha noticing it, he filched her passport and made arrangements for a three-day vacation to a special destination.
The next day, Kaanav told Amisha they were flying to Goa. But Amisha was surprised when they boarded a flight to Colombo (Sri Lanka) at the airport. And from Colombo the couple took another flight to Maldives, a place Amisha had never visited before.
In Maldives, Kaanav had reportedly booked a villa by seaside. Amisha says she was left speechless by this sweet surprise from Kaanav.
