Pa's health is priority for Aishwarya and Abhishek

Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan have cancelled the shooting of Mani Ratnam ’s film because of Big B’s poor health.

The couple were supposed to head to Kochi to begin shooting for Ratnam’s next flick from October 12, exactly a day after Amitabh Bachchan ’s birthday on Saturday. But the 66th birthday of the megastar became memorable for all the wrong reasons.

He suffered abdominal pain and was admitted to Mumbai’s Lilavati Hospital where he is still admitted.

It is quite understandable that Abhishek and Aishwarya cannot even think of leaving for an outdoor shoot when their ‘Pa’ is hospitalized.

So the first schedule of Ratnam’s film in Kochi has been postponed. It would undoubtedly create a mess in the date diaries of Ash and Abhi, but the two stars don’t seem bothered. They want to be with Mr. Bachchan until he is discharged from the hospital and fit again.

Ash’s dates are particularly going to go haywire because after the shoot in Kochi she was supposed to go on the second schedule of Shankar’s film Robot with Rajnikant . Now, that schedule is also likely to get affected.

However, since Big B is responding well to medication and is already on his way to recovery, there is a strong chance that he would be discharged soon.
