Is Priyanka Chopra pushing herself too hard?

Unflagging determination to be professional in one's career is appreciable, but to push oneself to the limits where one's health begins to go down is a matter not to be taken lightly. Just a week back, Priyanka fainted on the sets of director Ashutosh Gowarikar's film What's Your Raashi due to fatigue and exhaustion.

And now, on Saturday, she was admitted to a hospital in Lokhandwala after feeling acute stomach pain and physical exhaustion. Lately, the actress has been extremely busy meeting her professional commitments - shooting for films, magazines, product endorsements, and attending events.


According to her father, who is himself a doctor, Priyanka has been having fever since last few days. But her health deteriorated on Saturday and she had to be taken to a hospital.

A number of tests were conducted and the medical reports thankfully have been normal so far.

However, the actress was kept under observation by the doctors and has been advised complete bed rest for a few days.

In fact, Priyanka's parents are leaving for a vacation and have asked her to join them. But the actress seems to be in no mood for holiday. She would rather be completing 'What's Your Raashi' with co-star Hurman Baweja .
