Australian pop diva Kylie Minogue, who is currently in India for shooting an item song for the movie Blue , will not only dance and sing, but act, too. According to director Anthony D'Souza , Kylie is in India not for merely shooting a video of the song which she has already recorded, but also for a small part in the underwater action thriller. The script of the movie requires, at one point, a strong female with a great personality and face. So Kylie was roped in as she suits the character. Kylie is in India for 8 days and will be shooting for her part, which, as per the director, contributes a lot to the film. 
The item song with Kylie has Akshay Kumar in it. Considered to be one of the most expensive films ever made in Bollywood, ‘Blue’ is India’s first underwater action adventure film. Produced by Shree Ashtavinayak Cinevision banner, the film has some jaw-dropping stunt scenes, shot in exotic locales of Thailand and Bahamas. Apart from Akshay, the star cast includes Katrina Kaif , Sanjay Dutt , Lara Dutta and Zayed Khan . |
