In what could be called as the biggest casting coup of the year in Tamil tinsel world, arch rivals Simran and Jyothika have been signed for a movie titled 12B.
Though both Simran and Jyothika have equal footage in the film, they don’t come face to face except in one scene in which they just say hi to each other while crossing a road.
The man who brought together the warring heroines is Jeeva who has wielded camera for many a successful film. With 12B Jeeva is turning director, too.
The hero is however a newcomer called Shyam, a Mumbai-based model. He was signed for the movie after months of search for a suitable face. Harris Jayraj is the music director.
12B is already tipped to be a path-breaking film. And a remarkable star cast has added to the hype and hoopla over the film, produced by Vikram Singh.
