Popular south Indian film actress Rambha recently sprang a surprise, declaring that she was a supporter of Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee and would campaign for the BJP throughout the country in the forthcoming elections.
Reports say the buxom actress also met the Prime Minister on his return from Nellore where he addressed an election rally.
But Tamil Nadu unit BJP leader G Kumaravelu says that Rambha is yet to join the party.
If things are to go by, Rambha may soon join the party and would woo people to vote for the BJP.
