The superstar-director team has come up with another quality film, which is a winner at the box office, too. The movie, ‘Palunku’ in which Mammootty plays a farmer, has clearly struck a responsive chord among the fans. 
Their earlier films, ‘Kazcha’ and ‘Black’ were also superhits, which earned critical acclaim. The megastar is now set to do a lighter movie called ‘Mayavi’, according to the grapevine. It will be followed by a movie titled ‘Big B’. The year 2007 will see Mammootty figuring in at least six movies, says the buzz from Mollywood. The success of Mammootty films shows that the megastar continues to rid high on popular esteem. Happy New Year, Mammootty!
