The Linguswamy-directed ‘Bheema’ – featuring Vikram in the lead role – was to have been his Tamil debut film.
But that was not to be. Owing to some unknown reasons, Bollywood thespian Nana Patekar opted out of it.
Now comes the news that Nana has been roped in by celebrated Tamil director Bharatiraja for his forthcoming venture, ‘Bommalattam’.
It is, actually, a remake of his own Hindi flick, ‘Cinema’ in which Patekar played a prominent role.
Kollywood is agog with the news that Nana will play a key cameo in the Tamil version, which has Action hero Arjun as the hero, too.
Kajal Aggarwal from Bollywood and Rukmini Vijayakumar are the heroines of the film, which has music by the current Bollywood rage Himesh Reshammiya . The screenplay is by national award-wining director, Agathian.
The million dollar question is: Will Nana have yet another change of mind?
