There is a spring in her walk and a sparkle in her expressive eyes. Tamil heroine Shriya is in seventh heaven.
Why not? The Rajnikant starrer Sivaji has pitch forked Shriya into the pinnacle of fame. After all, it is not given to many to rub shoulders with the tallest hero of Indian screen!
The phenomenal success of ‘Sivaji’ has set the producers and directors in the Shriya trail. The result: the lissome lass has a number of prestigious assignments in her kitty not only in Kollywood but also in Bollywood.
The hottest news is that Shri’s maiden Hindi film Awarapan in the company of Emraan Hashmi has just been released.
She has bagged another Bollywood project: A film in which Bobby Deol is the hero.
On home ground, the doe-eyed beauty has two films in the bag: One is ‘Kandaswamy’ which co-stars Vikram .
The other Tamil film featuring Shriya is titled ‘Azhagiya Tamizh Magan’ which has ‘Ilaya Dalapati’ Vijay playing the male lead.
No wonder, saucy Shriya is on cloud nine these days.
