Celina Jaitley plays a Tamilian

Not so long ago Celina had said that she is tired of playing glamourous roles and was eager to try something different. No sooner said than done, Celina now slips into a non-glam avatar in director Rohit Shetty’s Golmaal Returns .

In the movie, Celina plays a South Indian woman who is named Mira Nair. She is a woman who comes from a strictly Brahmin family. Not just this, Celina also speaks a few Tamil dialogues. Though she did not learn the language, she learnt to speak her dialogues with proper Tamil accent.


Celina says she agreed to her role in the film because she wanted to do a comedy movie that had the potential to be as big as No Entry that had Celina showing her comic flair for the first time.

‘Golmaal Returns’ stars a host of actors but Celina is not worried about getting sidelined.

The movie stars Ajay Devgan , Kareena Kapoor , Arshad Warsi , Amrita Arora , Tusshar Kapoor , Shreyas Talpade and Anjana Sukhani .

The film is set to hit the theatres on October 29.
