Aishwarya, Rajnikant shoot together in Vellore

The duo arrived in Vellore on December 25 and will shoot the movie at VIT’s Technology Tower till December 29 after which there will be a small break for the New Year.

This is an ideal time to shoot at VIT because majority of its students are away on vacation and only a few remain in the campus. However, none of the students at VIT have been able to see the film’s shooting, forget meeting Rajni or Ash, since the film’s producers, Sun Pictures, do not want any information about the movie leaked.


However, reports say that Rajnikant is staying at the university guest house of VIT, while Ash is putting up in Chennai. She reportedly drives to VIT every morning.

The first schedule of ‘Endhiran’ (previously titled Robot ) was shot in South America. Majority of the film, however, would be shot in Chennai. Reports say the shooting will continue till August 2009.

‘Endhiran’ is set to be one of the most expensive films to be produced in India. A sci-fi thriller, it is being directed by Shankar.
