After tying the nuptial knot over the weekend in Britain, Elizabeth Hurley and Arun Nayar have now arrived in India for their Hindu tradition wedding.
Hurley, 41, and Nayar, 42, arrived at Mumbai’s Sahar international airport on Monday.
The celebrity couple is expected to fly to Jodhpur on Tuesday for their Indian marriage ceremony according to Hindu rituals.
Reports have it that the two will tie the knot at the historic Hotel Umaid Bhawan Palace on March 7, Wednesday. The wedding ceremony will reportedly be preceded by mehendi and sangeet ceremonies on the same day.
The marriage celebrations, however, will be held at Jodhpur's majestic 548-year-old Meherangarh Fort on March 9. Rajasthani folk singers Manganiars, Langas and Ghoomar dancers are expected to perform at the fort.
Special chefs have already been flown down from London to dish out Continental, European and Mexican food. Indian food will reportedly come from the Taj.
The guests expected to attend the Indian wedding include actor Hugh Grant, footballer David Beckham and his wife Victoria, and singer-musician Elton John.
The celebrations are likely to continue till March 10.
