If needed, I will wear bikini: Anjana Sukhani

She’s gorgeous and photogenic. Yet Anjana has so far shied away from baring her skin to the camera, even though she was at her glam best in films like Salaam-e-Ishq and Golmaal Returns . Now, Anjana is ready to go further and don a bikini but only if the role requires it.

“Of course, the role that I play has to be of utmost importance. If it is justified for the character to wear a bikini, then I won't fret about it,” Anjana is quoted by a news agency.


Gifted with good facial features, fair skin and shapely body, Anjana has yet to do a lead role in a big Bollywood movie, but she feels posing seductively for the camera doesn’t fetch more work.

“I'm very sure about the fact that posing seductively for the camera doesn't really pay. It can't help you grab work. What eventually matters is how talented you are and whether you can deliver goods on the screen,” Anjana chirps.

The actress believes that to be successful one has to strike a balance between looks and talent.

“Being 'just pretty' or 'just talented' doesn't help because one of them working just in isolation can't take you anywhere. You have to have a good mix of both,” says Anjana.

Things have begun to look better for her as she has a series of good films like Jashnn , 'Tum Milo Toh Sahi' and Allah Ke Banday in her kitty.

“Certainly. I am glad that these are turning out to be good times,” she signs out.
