Salman and I are just good friends: Claudia

Even before officially stepping into Bollywood, Claudia has given the rumour mills much fodder for gossips primarily because of her closeness to superstar Salman Khan . In no time was the busty model declared Salman’s new girlfriend and also the reason for his ‘split’ with Katrina Kaif .

“Salman and I are just good friends. He is not my boyfriend, as has been reported. Everyone knows that it's Katrina Kaif who is his girlfriend and not me,” the busty babe told a news agency while promoting her film ‘Karma: Crime, Passion, Reincarnation’ in New Delhi.


However, Claudia does not deny meeting Salman at his house.

“The only thing was that he invited me to meet his family. Even Katrina was there and they made me feel most welcome,” said the 22-year-old beauty.

Claudia said she could not deny the rumours earlier because she was out of India.

“Everything (rumours) started when I was in Europe. I couldn't even keep track of it because I was busy over there. But now I hope everything is clear... even Salman had clarified everything in interviews and I am doing the same,” said Claudia, who plays a rape victim in ‘Karma’.

Having come clean on her relation with Salman, Claudia added that she was touched by the concern shown towards her by Salman, his father and Katrina.

“Salman is a wonderful person. He is very gentle and polite. He and his father gave me a lot of advice for my Bollywood career. Even Katrina and I spent a lot of time together and she gave me a lot of advice,” Claudia is quoted by the news agency as saying.

Claudia has so far worked in Bengali film ‘10:10’ and Punjabi film ‘Ki Jana Pardes’. Now, she’s eyeing a full-fledged career in Bollywood and plans to learn English for that.

“I am seriously thinking about coming into Bollywood. After the rainy season, I'm planning to stay here for a long time...I'll rent an apartment in Mumbai and even start taking Hindi lessons,” she said.
