“Tanha dil”, Shaan’s second solo venture after “Loveology”, catapulted to the charts within days of its release. Induced with lots of emotional and groovy tracks, the album has surely popped up the singer’s star rating, market value and of course ambitions.
When asked about the reason for three year gap between `Loveology', and `Tanha dil', Shaan in an interview said the change of music company, the hectic schedule of music shows which kept him on his toes and besides, he dedicated a lot of time into writing all the lyrics of eight songs for ‘Tanha dil’.
And now the nomination which comes on the heels of the release of his new video from the same album- 'Gumsom ho kyon', directed by Ravi Udyawar and features Shonali Rozario, the new face in the modeling circuit, definitely pays off his hard work.
