Haasan plays characters with names: Rangaraja Nambi, Govinda Somaya, Avtaar Singh, Balaram Naidu, Christian Fletcher, Shingen Narahashi, President George W Bush, Vincent Babru Vahan, Krishnaveni Paati, Kalifulla Khan.
The film's leading actress Asin plays a double role: Kothai and Andal.
The movie also has Mallika Sherawat playing an intelligence agency operative by the name Jasmine. The hot actress has also done a sizzling pole-dance number in the film.
