Gangster and criminal Don, Suraj Rana, who is also known for his kindness, adopts a street urchin named Arjun, and teaches him all the tricks of the trade, so that he can succeed him, even though he has a son named Karan. Arjun and Karan grow up as brothers, and Arjun takes charge of all criminal activities after Suraj passes away. Karan has fallen in love with Bindiya, the daughter of Suraj's deceased employee, and would like her to marry him. But Bindiya is in love with Saahil, and only likes Karan. Karan now decides to take the matter into his own hands, and thereby force Arjun to take sides either for him or against him.
Lakeer - Forbidden Lines Preview
Choreographer Ahmed Khan makes his directorial debut with Lakeer, a film that explores the subtle complexities of human relationships.
The film has Sunny Deol playing an influential personality Arjun Rana who is respected and revered by all. His younger brother Karan (Sohail Khan) is a pampered guy who uses Arjun's powerful image to get what he wants.
On the other hand, Sanju (Suniel Shetty) is a happy-go-lucky motor mechanic who is loved by all. He idolizes Arjun and wants to become like him.
Sanju also has a younger brother Saahil (John Abraham) who represents the youth of the college and is in love with Bindiya (Nauheed Cyrusi). And, Bindiya is Arjun Rana's sister.
Saahil's feelings for Bindiya become the bone of contention between Arjun and Sanju.
