We have seen brawny cops by dozens. But Aamir Khan plays a copper who uses brains more than brawns in the upcoming crime thriller Talaash. The first trailer of the film is simply breath-taking.
With a voice-over by Aamir Khan, the trailer opens to the actor taking a sniper shot in a mela. We see a damaged car being hauled up from the sea as the cop searches for the clues to nail a criminal. We see Kareena Kapoor as an escort girl dressed in a mini skirt accosting Aamir Khan, and we see a haggardly Rani Mukherjee, looking decidedly depressed and worried.
From the trailer, it’s apparent that Talaash is a whodunit with Aamir Khan going to great lengths to unravel the truth: roughing up the hoodlums, diving underwater and interrogating prostitutes.
The movie is directed by Reema Kagti and produced jointly by Ritesh Sidhwani, Aamir Khan and Farhan Akhtar. It is slated to release on June 1, 2012. Don’t miss the riveting trailer of Aamir Khan’s Talaash. You would want to watch it again and again. |
